Thanks tonyw, and rossim, sorry I did miss out the D, is was moved upwards. So I am wrong with 2d (10) letters. Bacteria fighting agent, I put Antibiotic, need now to re-think this one.

Thanks Rossim, for answer, I went downstairs, to seee what I had done wrong, and got the answer, but thank you for letting me know. Tomorrow I will start Tuesdays D/Rec crossword, here's hoping I can manage it, without relying on Crossword solver. It annoys me when I can't do it all on my own. We'll se how things go.
