The tree you are looking for is a DEODAR,i.e.
DE-OD(overdrawn)-AR.
Not sure what the other bit refers to.

Have been looking at the other part. A TORRET
is aring on a dog collar;it can also be spelt,terret but a TORT is a wrong enclosing a
note RE ergo TOR-RE-T that is my line of approach
to this.
