Retreat = den \"holding\" a Co. gives deacon (as you have)

The only way I can see it working is if Minister is the definition AND part of the cryptic element
Minister in retreat (Monastery) = DEAN,
Firm = CO to give DEACON = Minister

OOOps! Sorry. I keep hitting the "/" key by mistake. Retreat = den "holding" a Co. gives deacon (as you have)
