Q Place of aggression perhaps, not Barrow's last? (10)
The answer is a UK place name and begins with W. All I can find is WARRINTON ( aggression = warring) + not.
I don't get the bit about Barrow's last? though. |Please can someone explain.

It doesn't help with Warrington, but it could mean leave a W (Barrow's last) out of something (or possibly put a W into something)
