- - F - - - B-O---A- FIRST WORD COULD BE OFF AND THIRD WORD COULD BE BROADWAY BUT WHERE DOES THE LOW COST THEATRE COME IN?

Something unpleasant, thick shaggy hair on cockney lady. (7) S - - -K - R Could it be shocker (something unpleasant - shocker - shock of hair? but where does the cockney lady come into the equation?

I think it is SHOCKER - th ER is the Queen or a pearly queen - or maybe I am off my box!!!!
