Struggling with this. Could anyone confirm (or otherwise) these two, please?
9,10 It's applied in hilarious fashion, so singly formed? (9,5)

I've put VANISHING CREAM, but the only thing I can see going for it is that it fits!
16a As distilled from the Weatherfield Gazette's gossip column? (4,2,3,6)
W?R?,O?,??E,??????
I've gone for WORD ON THE STREET because of the Weatherfield reference, but I don't see "as distilled".

btw the way, what have you got for 23,4?
Bind outside of barrel supporting AOL server. It's another where I have gone for an answer that fits, but see no rhyme or reason for it.

defo cream fits with my 6d 7d 8d but I don't see it either

wort? something to do with distilled? from WORd on T ?? Just a wild guess?
