I am trying to guess my friends middle name. He said it means leadership and gave me a cryptic clue of 'copper bum' - any ideas, I'm stuck !!!!

Yes I did have fun in telling him.....!!! he hates the name, probably because he got called copper bottom as a child !!! I have never heard of it myself..........!!!!
