10a and 22d.

Former president getting head from Monica --
A second short spell in White House 25

I don't want to cast nasturtiums but might this be just a little rude or do I have a mucky mind ?

Naughty.

You're looking for the surname of an ex-president, the head of Monica, abbreviation of a second, followed by the word used to describe one period in the White House, but shortened.

6d "Yes,'70s prog rock band Queen", one cries: YELLER / YELPER ??

Y + ELP + ER

15d Sugar's replacement upset on news, outside, hot from The Apprentice's final :SWEETENER ??

RE(on) + NEWS (anagram) + T + E + E
At least, that's how I worked it out. Although now I write it down it doesn't seem to work so well!
