Very irritating "themed" crossword today. More than half the clues feature "swinger/s". I'm really struggling. Perhaps a hint or two would get me started.
1,25 Swingers seduced by parties love gin - start of frolics! (8,6)
L second letter of first word (nothing else - I said I was struggling!)

There's an anagram in there.

Thanks for the suggestion, rambler, but I still don't see it. I want to include the F (start of "frolics") but the only way I can then see to get the right number of letters is by parties O (for love) gin, and I can't get anything from that.
(I also looked at simply parties love gin, but to no avail)
Could you possibly make your hint a little more specific, please?

Just count back from the anagrind 'frolics'
