Thanks for my 3 clues - solved now
will now work on the ones for 25 and 39

Think the only reason I didnt give the questions was because as there is a long time to go was happy to just get help from those doing it and sometimes if the questions are there and you are not doing it some people want to give answers

42. This MP is "practically perfect in every way" and, I'd think, probably supports the nanny state.
