Stuck on 24 across: Stormy Weather and wind.
W?E?T?N can only get wheaten,but don't know how this fits the clue.
Please help.

hi Josie, i suspect this is WREATHE (which would make your last letter wrong) .. anagram of weather and means to wrap around i.e. in that sense "wind"
