There were some really feeble clues today, in my opinion, but this one I really can't parse:
20ac Climber found in only one part of the garden
?S?E?D?R
I've put ASCENDER - the climber bit is obvious, but I can't see the rest. Any explanation, please? (Fifteensquared not up yet)

The d in garden ascends above the other letters in garden - the letter d and b and h are known as ascenders (I cant claim I knew this I simply googled the word ascender)
