Nobody else doing this one today? Just one letter I am unsure of: 14a Quill, something with a sharp point in it. ?PINA. Looks like 'spina', but makes no sense to me. Or have I got a letter wrong?

Chambers gives for "spina":-

the spinal column, the quill of a spinet

s(pin) a - pin = sharp point & sa = sex appeal = it
