I know what you are thinking for 16 and 28

but, for 16, the site that I have looked up does not prefix the name with 'The' .... also, 16 and 28 are repeating?

Im not sure what you mean by repeating - but the two answers (I think) do have to do with the same type of attraction.

Use of 'the' for 16 seems ok to me, but if it's inconsistent with other answers then ... (shrug).
