I can see where the 6th letter comes from now. Only the 1st is unexplained, but it looks like others have the same problem.

I didn't get all the letters for the first word, but worked it out anyway - from what I've got, the 6th misprint has to be in 27 or 33.

Eh, maybe not. It says each of 21 definitions contains a misprint, can the title be called a definition?
