Hi raymond,
My father was from the Rhondda. I've never lived in Wales, but I do have a lot of Welsh relations.

Hi Mags
I've just come in from the sun as it's too hot.
11a is the name previously given to a junior British hospital doctor. (If you take away the e, it becomes the surname of a poet)

Thanks Magworth, I've had to look it up. Never heard of it. I know I'm a bit of a dinosaur, but clearly not a Bronte-saurus!

Many thanks, Jazzgirl. Of course, A Shropshire Lad - I should have seen that !
Garden. I do have help but he is so ruthless. Unless you watch every move he `weeds` everything out - even plants he put in himself! Do it yourself as long as you possibly can.
Mags.
