Can someone help me with this clue please ?

Are you sure about the i, the only word I can think of is bowed.

Thanks Sally, i made a mistake, i put turnstile for the clue " Rotating platform ", it should have been " turntable "
So you are right " first letter should be B, so bowed fits.
