Getting better, stuck on two today:-
22 across (8) clues:- fish/Fish for carl, meek, possibly.

24 across (6) clues:- heavy food/dog set out to get filling food.
Hopefully will finish it all one day soon !!

Not got this paper to check letters you may have but from the clue think the answers are:
stodge and mackerel. hope this helps :)
