evening everyone! it's "lil ole me" again, i only need help with spelling today!
biriani,byriani or biryani,(indian dish)
i know which one looks right but still not sure,i feel a right plonker asking as i am usually a good "speller" ha,ha,
please help me finish,

Though (much less commonly) I've seen it spelled BIRIANI as well - mind you, our local Indian is far better at cooking than spelling!
