(i)another draw, then r?f?l? ...presumably RAFFLE as a raffle is a type of draw/lottery.

(ii) Cards Boxed ... I think the answer is SHUFFLED (from the letters previously given), as when cards are shuffled they could be described as boxed (meaning mixed).

Re Shuffled.
I have known the expression to box the pack of cards since I was young(not yesterday).
It was commonly used here meaning to shuffle the pack.

re another draw, then.
I lean toward refill.
Draw - take liquid out of a container or well.
Although I wouldn't be too surprised if that was wrong.
