Only recently got around to doing this and
it's been a struggle, as most people will agree! Can someone tell me the answer to this one? :-
2 Down - "Turns lurid, perhaps, as
broadsheet influenced by The Sun does?"
(7 letters B-L-O-S).

Could it be YELLOWS, assuming your 1st letter is wrong? Not familiar with the puzzle, though.

Just got back to this! Silly me had misspelt
"Abyssinian" across the rop and put down two "B's"!!! Thanks - "yellows" is fine!
