Anyone out there who has the xword who is able to give me a start. e.g. 17a. commotion (5-5) I have ??R?Y-???P? I thought maybe 'merry- something althogh the 'P' maybe wrong. 12d 'brief argument'(8) is it exchange? Haven't got much further yet.

rossim, Thank you for that, sorry I didn't put in letters I had as wasn't sure of them, however 'exchange' would fit. How about 'as soon as' (4) with your 'B' it would be ?B??., and squabble would fit.. Ta.
