You have used capital letters for your entire post(s), which is regarded as shouting and a bit impolite.
As well, I and someone else have already given you the answer you are looking for.

My apologies everyone, I am not that good on this internet/letters thing, so I did not know CAPITAL letters was regarding as shouting and inpolite, which I was NEVER bought up to be, just please give us OAP's a bit of slack-we are all doing our best!
