Can any one please tell me the form I need to
represent myself in a civil action in court hit all the sites but....................

Not sure you actually need a form, easiest way is tp telephone your local court and ask.

Many thanks, been to court,on phone, CAB, Law
Society,Legal Advice,many webs but just not getting anywhere!

If you're representing yourself in the UK, the term is usually "litigant in person".

There is an organisation which helps you without charge.

I represented myself against a Company, so I went to the Court's enquiry desk and they provided me with all the necessary paperwork and were most helpful. I won my case, so good luck.
