1 left to do,
18 down tackle austerity refusing to keep quiet(7)

harness fits but not sure why except it means tackle is this correct?

Yes, bridles, saddles etc used on horses are usually refered to as "tack" or tackle, or they were decdes ago when I used to ride. Since learned sense!

Fell off, broke arm very badly, 10 weeks in hospital. 'nuff said! Cowardly, possibly; sensible, I think so.
