is POLYTUNNEL anag of Non-u etc.

I am missing a couple of words in Cryptic Jumbo 786, 41D I have -E-E---I and a blank mind. Also 22A -O-L-D/UP and the same blankness of brain. Help appreciated.

Thanks, I got to Peperoni but I can't see the rational behind ROLLED UP although it seems the most likely answer.

do this properly,the answer may be TOOLED UP.
TOO likewise LED directed UP north=With arms.
