Flower found in wine, including a little rose (5)

(By the way, the e on rose should have an accent above it but I can't find the accent key)

I have: T_E_T

I think it could be Trent (as in the river = flower). But I can't work out why. R from rose. But Tent wine?

Tent IS a wine.
