Evening Folks,
Stumped on 7d) Church Interrupting an irreverent boy. I have A_C_I_A_D and can not (for the life of me) work this one out. However, if that wasn't getting on my t*ts enough, another has eluded me completely...23a) Maximum base to give setter a home. I have M_A_ _ _ T. Any ideas would be welcomed with open arms, as ever.

ChrisE: my G. subscription has at last started arriving--it takes 5 days to France! Nevertheless had fun with Monday's puzzle!Trouble is, it doesn't even arrive at breakfast time, but about 2 pm local time! I have to adjust!
