Finding today's unsatisfactory (though partly, of course, because I am struggling to finish it). It seems to rely on having watched a particular television programme, which, for some reason, completely passed me by (for those who don't have the paper, the relevant clue is "Blunder of Rodney's shall soon appear here? 4,5,3,6)
What about 19dn? "Place to sit in summer and watch tennis player's first half (^). Surely he could have found a better way of indicating the last two letters than referring to a player from 30 years ago?
