I do the Times jumbo cryptic every saturday, but im lookin for something to keep the grey cells occupied thru the week. i cant seem to do the daily Times xword, whether thats thru lack of practice or whatever, im not sure. the jumbo cryptic, however, seems to be right up my street, and it gets finished more weeks than not.

any suggestions welcome and thanks in avdance...

I may be mistaken but I seem to think that many years ago the Manchester Guardian and the Glasgow Herald had the same crossword.
Can you confirm this or not as it may be yet another age related thing
