3.Clubs on board (11) I have no letters I,m afraid!!!

1. I think is incognito , anagram

2nd is anagram too, I think, Kampuchea

Also, a muck heap is an anagram for Kampuchea, if that is of any help.

Kampuchea now gives me K as the last letter of Clubs on board.

I'm toying with QUARTERDECK but don't understand the logic if it is

might be a quarter of a pack (deck) of cards (clubs).
And quarterdeck on a ship (on board).
