Really stuck on the top lefthand corner tonight!

11A Revealing orientation of journey'(6) O-----
2D 'Make love? Predict embracing in this way'(5) B----
3D 'Fail to get up to island to catch first sight of wind hover'(3,2,4)The only thing I can think of is 'lie in wait' for 'hover', but if so I can't see how the rest of the clue works.
Any help will be most gratefully received.

it is wind hover. lie in = fail to get up. w =wind, ait = island.

The first one is FESTERING - Feste is a clown in Twelfth Night with "Call" = RING gives FESTERING

The second one is OUTING - double definition
