I found his a very difficult Crossword.
Had it not been for this Forum AND the answers on the Guardian's web-site, I'd have even less hair than I have.
For those who didn't do it, two clues seemed very clever (and hard, so I didn't get them without help!):
17ac. Eg fungus-scavenger initially multiplied by 20 (7) c---u-e
and
3d. Bulb in lift lifted in house (8)-a---d-l

The answers, which, as I said, I didn't solve alone, were vulture and daffodil

I think it was culture, not vulture, though I may be wrong!

Have you tried 'fifteensquared'? It gives a complete breakdown of all the clues every day. ( Obviously you have to wait a week for the Prize crossword answers.)
