where did you come up with that answer?..Mind you it does fit in ,just cant figure it , thanks anyway

rings can be 0's(noughts, hoops) and 0 represents the number zero.

I hope I am wrong because it is a crap clue, but given the letters you and helbar gave, I can't see what else it can be.
