I've ground to a halt - could do with a couple of answers to get me going again!

14,23,22
4 got up - try 15 across, possibly - with lucerne (mostly) put on the herb stall, say? (1,4-3,4,4,2,3,2,4)
The answer to 4 is patch and the clue for 15 is tick off for being concealed in church (5) --i--

a -o-- --d ---y --i- -- o-- -s -i--

No - not patch - a blue peter dog. And answer is a quote relating to that answer.

I don't understand 10a Biblical region of gold in work by Damien (unsanctified) (5)

O_H_R

Other? Why?

Just googled poet who quote at 14, 23, 22a is from - and never heard of him. Could have sworn it was by someone familiar, like Keats. Funny how one absorbs these lines, with no idea of where from.
