15a I have M?I?E. “Cacophany of a thousand tools, not according to art but very musical” I guess I have a letter wrong.

17a I have B?R?A?E?. At least one of the letters is dubious

21a I have R?C?I?P

JWS...I think you have the second word of 1d wrong and you seem to have fallen into the same trap as I did with 7d! All of the above should help with 15a, 17a & 21a ;)

JWS...It begins with M, but your other two letters are wrong (7D isn't "distils")

oh, and it looks like your spelling of 8d may be faulty ;)

i didn't notice the wrong middle letter in 15a(it's an L not i).

If you still need confirmation, in 15a the 3rd & 5th suggested letters are wrong, in 17a and 21a the first of each.
