Never been so flummoxed by a Sat G one, tho' theme is clear:9 answers after 2 hrs!e.g. is 13d "devastate"---first part means nothing to me! Is 27a "sincerely", if so, why? 22d is supposed to be obvious, but I'm lost! H E L P !!! Need to get this finished within the hour, otherwise not worth sending off from where I am!

Sincerely is correct.

Correspondents will write "yours sincerely" on a letter.

After (since) bank (rely).

Overstate is correct.
