I would appreciate answers as I'm stuck on last two,
4d. Teacher's posh hairpiece seen in lift G-R- I don't even understand the clue.
19d. City attacker's banter with United ace,
-O-H-A, Am I right in assuming that answer is a footballer?

4d. GURU (U with RUG backwards)

19d. JOSHUA

Joshua, a famous city attacker.

The answer is GURU - a teacher. It is posh (U)with a hairpiece (RUG) in lift (i.e. backwards) gives GURU

The city attacker is JOSHUA (battle of Jericho and all that). Banter is JOSH with united U (as in Man U) and A gives JOSHUA
