Can anyone explain the definition part for 31ac? The clue is "Conservative in America with backing, like 26 down with 3?" I ahve "manic". 26 dn is "Bach" and 3 is "Mann".
I am alos missing 24dn "Republican with wealth, primarily flip-flopping" I have R . M . E .
Is anyone else slightly irritated with clues like 5dn "President, for example, listened to songs", when you have to get the across confirmation before deciding whether to put in "leader" or "lieder"?
