Can anyone help with 19,9 ? Badly written,sugary type of writing at a jolly woodstock venue (7,4)

Hello Nancy - should be Yasgurs Farm but I don't get the writing reference

Badly written,sugary = anagram of sugary

S,F is I guess, short for science fiction.

a rm(royal marine), a jolly(sailor)

hope that makes sense.

I concur with the above.
However, 16a (Young person getting 10 out of 10.... _ _ E _) has stumped me, along with 16d (Stands model right on top of 10 music players... _ _ I _ O _ S)

Now, I have 10 as being ELECTRONIC, so... could it be some kind of stereo equipment ? And Could Young person has something to do with Neil Young ???

Anyone have any ideas ???
