sorry the 60's and 70's are still a blurr to me and they all morph to one era in my memory

Qelemumu ia in Fiji and there has been a Red Cross project to build a bridge across the river Qelemumu which is a dangerous river that schoolchildren have to wade through, so it could be Bridge over troubled water by Simon and Garfunkle.

Apparently if a groundhog emerges from his burrow and sees his shadow he goes back in for another six weeks as it means that winter isn't over, but if he comes out and doesn't see his shadow, he stays out and summer is on the way, hence Ain't no sunshine.... God, I sound so plausible, I almost believe it myself!!!!
