Help! Started late and still got 11a and 21d to go - any hints?

We don't all have all the papers! People here are keen to help, but it'd be good if you gave the clues, the number of letters and details of any letters you have.

If you remove the letters of 'career' from 'electric organ' you have an anagram of 'cling to'. A poor clue IMHO
