2 that have stumped me again...

6d = Psychiatrist's head gets back in to anxious teaching (8)
I've got... P_ _ _G_C_

7d = How business works flexibly, joiner having called up daughter (6,3,6)
I've got... S_ _ _L_ / A_ _ / _E _ _ _ _

They could be anything, I'm just totally lost with these 2 !!!

pedagogy is a possibility.
Psychiatrist's head = p, Anxious = edgy.

rest of it is lost on me.

Yes, AGO = back, as in '3 years back'.

the unexplained letters "ago" would be from "back" - a while back/a while ago.

ps. Pedagogy is the art or science of teaching.

Oh... that's a new one on me,never heard of it.
