Oh dear, I feel such a prat!!

Have had our Grandchild here for past few weeks (school hols) and have been saving everything that's good to take on hols shortly just in case the mice have nibbled through the telephone cables which frequently happens.

Good luck with Boatman Rusty, I don't find him very easy at all!

Wendy, I did that one yesterday and it is in today's paper, too. Yes I believe the online one is the correct one for Saturday.

Is the Guardian slipping? This is the second blunder in as many weeks. Both times it has been the prize crossword on a Saturday. I have been out all day so had to wait until I got home to get the website version. Not as hard as I expected. I thought Friday' from Araucaria was better.

I only buy the Guardian on a Saturday, so didn't realise the mistake. I've completed a lot, but need 1ac to get into the top half.

Semi-automated nun? [8,2,5,]
