OK - not crossword - but did anyone do this one? They obviously published the solution today (didn't look yet) - For the first time ever, couldn't make an initial breakthrough. Any assistance to move forward?

Hello Paul, haven't got the puzzle , so can't help as such , but this solver is good. it will take you through step by step to the solution with explanations at every stage (or you can just use it for a starting point and then try to finish yourself)

Hi Paul - killer sudokus are my favourites! I used to get the Times ones through a friend who worked in a school library - she used to cut them out and save them for me, but now she has retired so I don't see the Times puzzles any longer. Can you send me a copy possibly?

Sure! I can scan and email it to you if you like. Where to? By the way, I get the paper but you can get the online paper for 7 days I believe for £2 per week
