ORLOP is right. Hands are R and L (right and left) trapped inside coop with no opening = OOP

Here's a clue from this crossword that I liked - unusual for the length of word.

FLIBBERTIGIBBET - a wonderful word and clue that I recall seeing before.

It is a great word. I've never seen it in a crossword before.

This crossword also had a couple of words I didn't know. I had to resort to the dictionary:
