Actually it's very colloquial to leave out the "ne":not "wrong" but very idiomatic!Only the word order needs changing,to"Vous êtes un homme très gentil"!Hope you welcome the correction:I'm not pedantic,just happen to live in F.And writing this has at last forced me by the way to find that circumflex accent I don't usually bother about!
