When you said "Today's fun is assured" I didn't think you meant ALL DAY ! Can someone plese put me out of my misery with
7 down Pressing unnecessary key, grave message sarcastic. 4 and 3 D?i? D?y Looks like drip dry but I can't see how it relates to the clue.
Also 22 down Taste relegation (4) ?r?p Perhaps drop ?

23d is STOP (a sort of watch).

This makes me think you may not have 25a, the answer to which you'll find in the middle of the clue.

I would have had no chance ! Err.. didn't have a 23 down - wrong crossword - was doing the Guardian 25,382 ALL afternoon. Thanks for posting it - only the 2nd Guardian I've done. Just started Sunday Times so may be back.
