Have checked other posts and still stuck on one.Any help for 28ac. appreciated. Perfectionist in cartoon strip(not American)(6). The definition part is perfectionis. The letters I have are ?E?N?, and the omitted letter is D. I have seen a hint that the Peanuts comic strip is relevant but I still don't see it!

Peanuts less U.S. = PEANT = pedant without the D.
