Is it me or is this a bit of a stinker this week, I need some help with the wordplay here.

14a) Page in ripped back of tattered dictionary is ruined (9) T-R-E-O-D

I am looking at Torpedoed, with Page = P and dictionary = oed, but where is the rest coming from?

6d) Is young producer in old fashioned style in London borough (7) L-M-E--

I'm thinking Lambeth for London borough and Lamb being young, the rest escapes me again.

7d) Calais's where fire is seen in vessel (9) O-T-I---R

I've a couple of words jumping around here but nothing sinking in

20d) Dyke-builder chopped tops off posts (9) O-F-C-S

Posts = Offices, snookered again on the wordplay with Dyke-builder.

Any help welcome

14a tore = ripped d = end of tattered

7d OU = Calais (French) where Trigger = shoot

Sorry, too quick with buttons! Outrigger is a vessel.
20d Off (a) = dyke builder chopped. Ices = tops off. Offices = posts.

Thanks very much mags, I had no idea of the OU, and not heard of Offa, just looked it up, so I'll remember him.
I may be back tomorrow because I'm still short with the possible Lambeth and one other which I don't want to ask about yet until I have a good think about it. Cheers. Les40
